Trade Promotions – Game of Chance
1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years of age and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3 To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
Must visit https://www.hillspet.com.au/products/weight-management-pet-food and complete the online entry form, including full name, email address, your pets details and complete the Hill’s Feed the L.O.V.E. Pet Shape quiz.
4 Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be submitted separately.
5 The promotion commences at 00.01 AEDT on 13/02/2023 and closes at 23.59 AEDT on 17/03/2023 (“Promotional Period”).
6 The draw will take place at 10.00 AEDTon 20/03/2023 at 420 George Street Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid dog entry and the first valid cat entry drawn will each receive a prize.
7 Prize consists of one year’s supply of Hill’s Science Diet Perfect Weight dog or cat dry food or Hill’s Prescription Diet Metabolic dog or cat dry food. If the winner(s) chooses to receive Hill’s Prescription Diet Metabolic, the winner must produce to the Promoter evidence from the winner’s vet’s recommendation of this food prior to receiving the prize. The value of the cat prize is based on an average 5 kg cat being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet Metabolic dry cat food 3.85kg for maintenance $665.00. The value of the dog prize is based on an average 20 kg dog being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet Metabolic dry dog food 12.9kg for maintenance $1682.00. Total RRP value of prize(s) = $2,347.
8 Prizes are supplied by Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Petbarn, who is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion.
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
10 The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
11 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.
12 Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw.

13 The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
14 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Petbarn. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Petbarn or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15 Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or recordings or their pets in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16 Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
