There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of one (1) trip for a winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York, USA. The Prize includes: return economy class airfare from winner’s home airport to New York for winner and guest, two (2) nights accommodation at Soho Grand Hotel NYC (or similar, based on double occupancy at hotel selected by contest sponsor), airport/hotel ground transfers in New York on Sep. 20 and Sep. 22, two passes to the Stella Artois dinner event with the “World’s Most Fascinating People” September 21 at Hall des Lumières (subject to change at contest sponsor discretion), private ground transfer to and from hotel and the Stella Artois dinner event on Sep. 21, taxes on included services. . Travel Dates are September 20- 22, 2023 and winner and guest must be available to travel at any time on those dates. Winner and guest must be 21 years of age or more and hold a passport valid for travel to and from the United States. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not listed including but not limited to, travel documentation (such as valid Passport), additional transportation (such as winner’s home to Canadian airport of departure), luggage fees, travel and medical insurance, food and beverage outside of prize inclusions, communications (mobile), any applicable vaccines and or pre-travel tests that may be required at time of travel by municipal, provincial, state or federal laws, and all personal expenses. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) BEFORE ENTERING THE STELLA ARTOIS CANADA LET’S DO DINNER 2023 CONTEST (THE “CONTEST”). BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT REPRESENTS THAT THEY MEET ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW AND AGREES TO BE UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL DECISIONS OF LABATT BREWING COMPANY LIMITED (THE “CONTEST SPONSOR”). ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec and New Brunswick) who are 21 years of age or older and hold a valid passport for travel to the USA. The contest is open to entrants who are not an employee, contractor, agent or representative of the Contest Sponsor or their affiliates, agencies, distribution companies, and who is not an employee of the applicable provincial liquor agencies, license control/boards and their licensees, retailers, or distributors (the “Provincial Liquor Authorities”), prize suppliers, the contest judge (collectively “Contest Parties”), or a member of the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child) of, or domiciled with any of the foregoing persons. The Provincial Liquor Authorities are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter which relates to this contest.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Stella Artois Canada Let’s Do Dinner 2023 Contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is being held by Labatt Brewing Company Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest begins on or about June 14th, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (ET) and ends at 11:59 p.m. on July 2nd 2023 (the “Contest Close Date”), after which no further entries will be accepted (the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, the entrant must have Internet access, a valid email address and a valid Instagram or Facebook account. To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, the entrant must complete the contest entry form at the following web address: (https://way.in/5lmAnVJ) (the “Entry Mechanism”). The entrant must complete the Contest Entry Form in its entirety and click “submit” and must comply with these Official Contest Rules. Entries must be received by the Contest Close Date. Entries received after the Contest Closing Date will not be eligible and will not be processed.
Limit of ONE (1) entry/entries per person during the Contest Period. No other method of participation will be accepted.
Any entrant attempting to enter with multiple accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The person assigned to the email address by an online service provider, Internet access provider or other organization responsible for assigning the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. An entrant may be required to provide the Contest Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. Any use of robotic, macro, automated AI, programmed or like entry methods, will void all such entries and may subject that participant to disqualification
PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won. The consists of one (1) trip for a winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York, USA. (hereinafter the “Prize”). AWARDING OF PRIZES
There will be a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period for one (1) entry on July 5th, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. (the “Draw Date”) for one Prize. The selected entrant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor or its designated agent by Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook within three (3) business days of the Draw Date. The selected entrant must then respond to the notification within three (3) business days, if the selected entrant has not contacted the Contest Sponsor or its designated agent, another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that entrant will become the selected entrant. The previously selected entrant will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any prizes.
Prior to being declared a winner the entrant will be required to provide the correct answer, without assistance, to a mathematical skill-testing question sent to them by email; and will be required to complete and sign the Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and release forms; and must otherwise comply with these rules.
The prize may be forfeited if delivery cannot be made after reasonable efforts by the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the appearance, safety or performance of any prize.
CONDITIONS AND EXEMPTIONS
Before the prize is awarded, the winner and guest who will be accompanying them will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and one or more release forms releasing Instagram, Facebook, the Contest Sponsor (including its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives), its parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial liquor authorities and its advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising out of, under or in connection with the operation of the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance and use of the Prizes as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner. By entering the Contest or accepting a prize, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all causes of action, for any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or in connection with the possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injury, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
GENERAL STATEMENTS
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded, without substitution. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value for any reason. The decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final, and each entrant agrees to abide by all instructions and decisions of the Contest Sponsor and/or Contest Administrator. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, the decision or interpretation of the Contest Sponsor and/or Contest Administrator shall prevail. No communication will be entered into except with the selected entrant(s). All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. Any Entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered or contains false information is invalid. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of Instagram, or Facebook, any Internet or telephone network or broadcast transmission during the Contest Period. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this Contest at any time without notice to entrants.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for damages caused or claimed to be caused by: (i) any Entry, prize or other correspondence or data that is lost, stolen, late, garbled, delayed, damaged or misdirected for any reason; (ii) any failure, interruption, technical malfunction or delay (iii) any email, text message or other communication sent or received by the Contest Sponsor or any of its agents or delegates for any reason; (iv) any false, misdirected or inaccurate information, whether caused by the sites, users, or by equipment or programming errors associated with or utilized by the Contest (v) any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of one or more Contest entries; for problems with the operation of a website or website functionality, regardless of cause; (vi) malfunctions or damage to any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data, software, online systems, servers, or access providers (vii) any lost functionality due to non-activation of cookies; (viii) traffic congestion on the Internet; (ix) the security or privacy of information transmitted over computer networks; (x) breaches of confidentiality due to interference by third-party “hackers” or for any damage caused or suffered by a participant or any other person as a result of any such event or occurrence; or (xi) technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, including lost, misdirected or corrupted entries, damage caused by viruses, worms or Trojan Horses, or any other damage that may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest.
ERRORS
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of a winner, or the distribution of any prize. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest or modify these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to entrants.
TERMINATION/MODIFICATION
Subject to applicable law, if the Contest cannot be run as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties that corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of the Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or to modify it in any way.
INTERPRETATION
Subject to applicable law and these Official Rules, this Contest and the Official Rules are governed by Ontario law, and all entrants expressly agree that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising out of or relating to this Contest and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. The venue for any litigation or litigation shall be Toronto, Ontario.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who (i) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acts in violation of the Official Rules; or (iii) acts in a disloyal or disruptive manner, or with intent to hinder, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to post inappropriate or degrading material on the web page. WARNING: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR ALTER ANY ENTRY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT SHOULD BE MADE, THE CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER RELIEF AGAINST SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Contest Sponsor to administer the Contest and fulfill the prize requirements and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide entrants with information about upcoming promotions and/or events of the Contest Sponsor. The Released Parties are not responsible for damages caused or claimed to be caused by: (i) any Entry, prize or other correspondence or data that is lost, stolen, late, garbled, delayed, damaged or misdirected for any reason; (ii) any failure, interruption, technical malfunction or delay (iii) any email, text message or other communication sent or received by the Contest Sponsor or any of its agents or delegates for any reason; (iv) any false, misdirected or inaccurate information, whether caused by the sites, users, or by equipment or programming errors associated with or utilized by the Contest (v) any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of one or more Contest entries; for problems with the operation of a website or website functionality, regardless of cause; (vi) malfunctions or damage to any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data, software, online systems, servers, or access providers (vii) any lost functionality due to non-activation of cookies; (viii) traffic congestion on the Internet; (ix) the security or privacy of information transmitted over computer networks; (x) breaches of confidentiality due to interference by third-party “hackers” or for any damage caused or suffered by a participant or any other person as a result of any such event or occurrence; or (xi) technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, including lost, misdirected or corrupted entries, damage caused by viruses, worms or Trojan Horses, or any other damage that may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest.
ERRORS
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of a winner, or the distribution of any prize. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest or modify these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to entrants.
TERMINATION/MODIFICATION
Subject to applicable law, if the Contest cannot be run as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties that corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of the Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or to modify it in any way.
INTERPRETATION
Subject to applicable law and these Official Rules, this Contest and the Official Rules are governed by Ontario law, and all entrants expressly agree that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising out of or relating to this Contest and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. The venue for any litigation or litigation shall be Toronto, Ontario.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who (i) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acts in violation of the Official Rules; or (iii) acts in a disloyal or disruptive manner, or with intent to hinder, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to post inappropriate or degrading material on the web page. WARNING: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR ALTER ANY ENTRY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT SHOULD BE MADE, THE CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER RELIEF AGAINST SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Contest Sponsor to administer the Contest and fulfill the prize requirements and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide entrants with information about upcoming promotions and/or events of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest is subject to these complete Official Rules and all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.
