Everyday Legends Promotion Rules
-Each week, Ranger Boats may select a photo submission to be featured as the Ranger Everyday Legends Promotion winner. The selected winner will receive a prize value up to $250.00 to be redeemed at rangerwear.com
-Winners will be selected at discretion of Ranger Boats based on creativity, quality, and how well the submission represents the Ranger brand.
-Participants may submit only one photo per week. If multiple entries are submitted in the same week, only the first submission will be considered.
-A participant may win multiple times, but is only eligible to win once per weekly contest period.
-There is no restriction on the model year or horsepower of the Ranger boat featured in the submission. The only requirement is that the participant must be the current owner of a Ranger boat.
-Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Ranger Boats reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
-Upon winning, participants must confirm their full name and mailing address to receive the prize.
By posting a photo to Ranger Boats Everyday Legends, I agree as follows:
-I am over the age of 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian to enter this promotion.
-All information I have submitted is true and complete.
-I am not receiving and will not receive any compensation from anyone for posting the photo; this includes money, products, services, or any other value.
-I have the permission of the person(s) in the photo or their parent or legal guardian to post the photo and to give Ranger Boats and their related companies the rights below.
-I took the photo myself or have the permission of the photographer to post the photo and to give Ranger Boats and their related companies the rights below; no one has any copyrights to the photo except for me.
-On behalf of myself, the photographer (if not me), and the person(s) in the photo and/or their parent or legal guardian, I agree that once I post the photo, it becomes the property of Ranger Boats and their related companies. All copyrights, rights of publicity, and other intellectual property rights in the photo shall belong to Ranger Boats and their related companies, and if requested, I will execute any additional agreements to evidence these rights.
-On behalf of myself, the photographer (if not me), and the person(s) in the photo and/or their parent or legal guardian, I release Ranger Boats and their related companies from any liability and waive any claims against them that exist now or in the future, including without limitation claims of defamation or invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.
-I understand that the photo I post must be 1080px by 1080px at a 1:1 aspect ratio, and if it does not meet these requirements, it can be rejected.
-Ranger Boats and their related companies can remove the photo I post for any reason or no reason at their discretion.
-Ranger Boats reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and to disqualify any participant for fraud, misconduct, or noncompliance with these rules.
-Participation in this promotion does not guarantee selection as a winner, and Ranger Boats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
