Kids Braggin’ Board Rules

By posting a photo on the Kids Braggin’s Board I agree as follows:

1. I am over the age of 18.

2. All information I have submitted is true and complete.

3. I have the permission of the person(s) in the photo or their parent or legal guardian to post the photo and to give Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies the rights in #6 and 7 below.

4. I took the photo myself or have the permission of the photographer to post the photo and to give Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies the rights in #6 and 7 below; no one has any copyrights to the photo except for me.

5. I am not receiving and will not receive any compensation from anyone for posting the photo; this includes money, products, services or any other value.

6. On behalf of myself, the photographer (if not me), and the person(s) in the photo and/or their parent or legal guardian, I agree that once I post the photo it becomes the property of Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies. All copyrights, rights of publicity and other intellectual property rights in the photo shall belong to Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies, and if requested, I will execute any additional agreements to evidence these rights.

7. On behalf of myself, the photographer (if not me), and the person(s) in the photo and/or their parent or legal guardian, I release Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies from any liability, and waive any claims against them that exist now or in the future including without limitation claims of defamation or invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.

8. I understand that the photo I post must be 1080px by 1080px at a 1:1 aspect ratio and that if it does not meet these requirements, it can be rejected.

9. Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and their related companies can remove the photo I post for any reason or no reason in their discretion.
